N.Dinakaran

Dinakaran hails from Alappuzha. He was a member of the 7th and 8th assembles of Kerala Legislature. He chaired Matsyafed for 14 years. In the past, he associated with several organisations. He was the former president of Kerala Pradesh Fishermen Congress, Dalit-Backward Communities Federation (Kerala), and former General Secretary of Democratic Labour Party. Presently, he is the general secretary of Akhila Kerala Dheevara Sabha (for 48 years) and president of Reservation Communities Front (Kerala). He also associated with Central Fisheries Advisory Board (as a member), FISHCOFED (as executive committee member), NCDC (as general council member), SC-ST committee of Kerala Legislature (as member), Public Undertaking Committee member of Kerala Legislature (as a member) and executive committee member of KPCC in the past. 

Sri. Dinakaran was awarded with Bharat Jyothi Award 2017, the Best Citizens of India Award 2017, Glory of India Award 2018, Bharat Ratna Atal Bihari Vajpayee Excellence Award 2018, Bharat Ratna APJ Abdul Kalam Excellence Award 2018 & 2021), International Excellence Award 2019, Mahatma Gandhi Lifetime Achievement Award 2019.
